Walk in the woods, a somatic, meditative exercise, celebrates 7-year-old Rudy's return to his grandma's woods this summer. Rudy's favorite things to do in rural Pennsylvania (after roller coasters and kayak racing) include walking in his grandma's woods looking for frogs and deer. Some evenings, he and his brother might find themselves howling with the faraway wolves.

Follow Rudy as he roams the woods.
