The Anti-Dread Climate Podcast, a solutions-based program, helps us celebrate a greener holiday season by inspiring us to consume less while giving more to our loved ones and to the environment. According to sustainable living expert Sarah Robertson-Barnes, Americans throw out between Thanksgiving and the end of the year 25% more trash than we do the entire rest of the year. Thankfully, even small shifts can help lower that percentage.
